We currently don’t service any clocks in our workshop. You have two options, either you can contact the clock manufacturer to see if they service them or contact a local reputable clockmaker. We have created a page dedicated to clock repairs so you can find a clock repairer in your area.
We currently don’t have a show room. We sell solely on the internet.
It depends on the manufacturer but it’s usually about ten years before your clock needs a service.
Yes you can, place a cheque along with a cover note including the clocks order reference and your contact details and we will process your order.
Yes all our prices include VAT.
Yes if you have any questions and prefer to call and speak to us, you’re more than welcome.
Yes all our prices include postage unless stated otherwise in the shopping cart.
Yes it is relatively simple. All the clocks have setting up instructions but if you need any further help we have a “Setting Up Your Clock” page with guidances on how to set your clock up.
We only recommend lightly dusting your clock. In our “Care & Maintenance” page you can find tips on how best to care for your clock.
Every clock is different. We have clocks in stock and they will only be a few days for delivery, depending on the size of the clock, but some clocks are made to order and will take longer to arrive especially if clock is made outside the UK.
